Supplier introduction and commercial disclosure

PathLab Mitra may connect a reviewed laboratory requirement with suppliers whose recorded category and service area appear relevant.

Buyer control

Submitting a requirement does not automatically disclose identity. Follow-up permission and supplier-introduction interest are recorded separately, and disclosure is gated by applicable consent and workflow checks.

Supplier fees

A supplier may pay for access to a qualified opportunity or controlled introduction. A fee does not change the buyer facts, guarantee exclusivity, prove product quality or constitute an endorsement.

Verification and due diligence

Supplier records may show a verification state, but laboratories remain responsible for technical, regulatory, quality, financial and contractual due diligence. Suppliers remain responsible for accurate claims and lawful communication.

Outcomes and disputes

Introductions, outcomes, disputes and refunds may be recorded for accountability. Commercial terms are stated for each opportunity where applicable.
