Public tools can be used without providing contact information. If you request follow-up or supplier introductions, we collect the business contact details you choose to provide, along with the procurement requirement and its source information.

What we do not request

Do not submit patient information, passwords, government identification numbers, payment-card information or clinical records.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to the request, assess procurement intent, operate the service and maintain an audit trail. Asking for an introduction does not automatically authorize release of your identity to suppliers.

Your choices

You can request export or removal of eligible personal information through the contact page. Some non-personal operational and audit information may be retained where required to preserve service integrity.
