PathLab Mitra separates messages needed to handle a request from optional resources and promotions.

Service messages

If you ask for a response, we may use the selected email, phone or WhatsApp contact to confirm, clarify and close that request. These messages are tied to the inquiry or requirement.

Optional updates

Newsletters, guides, offers and occasional laboratory-procurement updates require a separate opt-in. The optional box is not preselected and is not required to use free tools or request service contact.

Opt out

Use the unsubscribe instruction in a message or contact us with the address or number used. An opt-out stops future optional marketing after processing; essential replies already requested and legally necessary records may remain.

Questions or complaints

Tell us the channel, approximate date and contact identifier involved. Never include patient data, passwords or financial credentials.
