PDF preparation guidance

  • Keep only relevant product pages and remove blank pages.
  • Re-export scans at about 150 DPI in grayscale when colour is unnecessary.
  • The final PDF must be 256 KB or smaller and must not contain scripts, embedded files or auto-open actions.

This browser tool checks PDFs against the safe upload limit. It does not rewrite PDFs because that can damage signatures or document structure.
