PDF preparation guidance
- Keep only relevant product pages and remove blank pages.
- Re-export scans at about 150 DPI in grayscale when colour is unnecessary.
- The final PDF must be 256 KB or smaller and must not contain scripts, embedded files or auto-open actions.
This browser tool checks PDFs against the safe upload limit. It does not rewrite PDFs because that can damage signatures or document structure.
Frequently asked questions
Questions laboratories ask about this tool
Who should use the Supplier Image and PDF Preparation?
Laboratory suppliers and vendors preparing a clear public business profile or catalogue should use it. This resource helps you present accurate products, locations and service capability for buyer discovery. Use it with a real laboratory need, current workload information and written commercial details whenever possible.
What information should I prepare before using it?
Prepare legal business identity, monitored contact details, specific categories, actual service territories, factual capability text, a clear image and a compact passive PDF catalogue. Prefer recent operating records, verified internal data or a written supplier proposal over guesses. Mark uncertain figures and test both a conservative and a higher case.
How should I interpret the result or checklist?
Publication shows a moderated business profile; it does not guarantee verification, ranking, leads, product performance or endorsement. Treat the output as a starting point for a decision. Change volume, cost, lead-time or service assumptions to see which inputs materially change the conclusion.
Is this a quotation, product recommendation or proof of compliance?
No. It is a planning and comparison resource, not a supplier quotation, purchase guarantee, clinical recommendation, NABL audit, regulatory clearance or endorsement of a product. Confirm current manufacturer documents, written contract terms, applicable rules and qualified professional advice before acting.
What should I do after using the tool?
Keep the profile current, answer evidence requests accurately and use the tracking reference to follow moderation without exposing private details. Save your assumptions and unanswered questions, request the same information for every option and obtain important promises in writing. If you need help, share only the necessary business requirement with PathLab Mitra and never submit patient information.
